Ordered the car on 20th April, expecting it to take
delivery on 1st June. In fact it was not delivered until the 24th
June which caused inconvenience to ourselves and RGR. However RGR
were extremely helpful and considerate in making the delayed
changeover as smooth as possible, when all the facilities on our old
Fiesta had run out on the 31st May (Tax, Roadside Care, MOT, Service
etc.) |

At Main Dealers the sales person cannot make a
decision - must ask the manager. At RGR the sales person makes the
decision there and then. Andrew is excellent, no pressure at all.
Family run. That's why I deal with them. |

for the outstanding care and attention I have received from all

In Particular I would
like to thank Tom Salisbury for his recent advice and assistance
when my car was not correctly repaired by another garage after a
road traffic accident. I am pleased to say that my car has now been
perfectly repaired by your team: if only it had been taken to RGR in
the first place! I cannot praise Tom enough for his help, kindness
and for ensuring my car has been repaired to the very highest
standards: he and Sandra made me feel like part of the family!
