RGR are a Ford authorised repairer for both cars and commercial vehicles (Transit). This however does not mean that we are limited to working on Ford vehicles only. Our highly trained and experienced staff are able to service and repair all makes and models without invalidating manufacturers warranties. The majority of our technicians are also qualified MOT testers. All of our service department staff recieve comprehensive continuous training at local colleges and the Ford Training College at Daventry. Almost half of our technicians have achieved Ford's coveted Master Technician Status, an award based on achieving the highest levels of training. We also have an increasing number who have achieved ATA Status. Using RGR's service department is easy and convenient. We offer a choice of free vehicle collection and return, free lift to and from work or a free courtesy car, please ask for details. If your vehicle is a Ford you can earn Nectar Points on any spend.

RGR are subcribers to the Motor industry Code of Practice for Service and Repair, members of the Retail Motor Industry Federation and supporters of the Automotive Technician Accreditation Scheme.
